OFS-25 provides its Early Registration Fee until March 20, 2017 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Online Registration is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.

Click the registration menu on the top.
Fill in the online registration form.
Submit the registration form by clicking.
Check the 'Auto Reply Mail'on your e-mail account.
Pay the Registration Fee.
Check the 'Confirmation Letter'on your e-mail account.

Official Invitation Letter
Official invitation letter will be issued upon requests of those who complete the registration including payment. The letter will be sent from General Chair of the OFS-25. This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first. Please kindly note that OFS-25 Organizing Committee cannot directly intervene on visa matters.
